Can I use the spa on the day of departure?

Certainly, you can access the spa until 1 pm on the day of departure.

What amenities does the wellness center have?

The “Ninfea” wellness center at the Portici Hotel has a whirlpool bath, sauna, Turkish bath, experience showers, relaxation area, salt cave, ice waterfall, gym, herbal tea corner and an area dedicated to massages and beauty treatments. For more information visit the dedicated page on our website

Are children allowed in the spa?

Entrance to the wellness center is prohibited for children under the age of 14; there are no exceptions even for children/youth accompanied by their parents.

Is a bathing suit mandatory in the spa?

To enter the spa, it is mandatory to wear a bathing suit or bathrobe. To use the sauna, you must enter it naked or covered by the appropriate towel.

What hours does the spa have?

The “La Ninfea” spa is open from 12 noon to 8 p.m., but hours may vary depending on the number of reservations received. Reservations are appreciated to ensure more tranquility and relaxation.

How much does the wellness center cost?

By booking directly through our website, over the phone or by e-mail, admission to the spa is included in the price. By booking your stay through online portals (Booking.com, Expedia and related) or travel agencies, there is an additional charge of €10 per person. For outside guests, the cost is €25 per person. The wellness center is open daily, entrance to the spa is not allowed for children under 16 years of age.

How do you get to the hotel?

Hotel Portici is in Piazza III Novembre 19, in the wonderful historic center of Riva del Garda (TN)!Please note that the Portici Hotel is located in a Restricted Traffic Zone that can be accessed by car via Gate 3 in Piazza Catena. Entry is allowed only once on the day of arrival and departure, for unloading and loading luggage.To gain access, you must go to the front desk when you check in to give your license plate and pick up the appropriate receipt.The hotel's garage is located at 20 Monte Oro Street, 100 meters away from the facility.

Can I get to Riva del Garda by train?

You can reach Riva del Garda by train by getting off at Rovereto (24 km away) or Peschiera del Garda (77 km away) stations. From there you can continue the journey by bus. The hotel is connected to the station by Trentino Trasporti buses that run the route in about 50 minutes (barring delays!).

Do you offer a cab service?/Do you offer a transfer/shuttle service? Can I book a transfer?

Is there a ZTL to get from to the hotel?

Yes, but you can drive up to the facility via Varco 3 in Piazza Catena. Entry is allowed only once on the day of arrival and departure, for unloading and loading luggage. To gain access, you must go to the front desk when you check in to give your license plate and pick up the appropriate receipt.

Can I leave the car in the garage after check-out?

You can leave your car in the parking garage even after check-out, until 12:00 noon.

How far is the parking lot?

The parking lot is located on Monte Oro Street Entrance B, just 100 meters from the hotel outside the ZTLIt is accessible 24 hours a day, so you can use your car whenever you want.

How much does parking cost?

By booking directly on our website, parking is included in the price! By booking your stay through Booking.com, Expedia, Hotels.com, HRS, other portals or travel agencies, the garage fee is €10/night and is not bookable.

How can I pay?

You can pay by ATM, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Diners or cash upon check-in, with no need to leave a deposit. Checks are not accepted.

How much does the tourist tax cost?

The tourist tax costs €2.50 per person per day

How can I make a reservation with a Smartbox / I have a smartbox, can I find out the availability?

To find out the availability of your Smartbox package we suggest you check their website at this link as we cannot handle their reservations.

How much do children pay?

Yes, children are welcome at Hotel Portici. Here are the conditions for children's stay:Children under the age of 5 stay free of charge (with two paying adults in the same room).Children under the age of 12 stay in an extra bed paying 50% of the full rate (with two paying adults in the same room).All persons, 12 years of age and older, stay in an extra bed paying 30% of the full rate (with two paying adults in the same room).For more information, you can refer to the general conditions.

Until when is it free and can I cancel my reservation?

Generally, cancellation is free up to 3 days before arrival at the hotel and can be made by emailing us at info@hotelportici.it or calling us at 0464 557809. Depending on availability/period, the free cancellation date may vary up to a maximum of 7 days in advance.Reservations made on the site can be cancelled by clicking on the “Cancel or change your reservation” button within the bar located at the top of the various pages. We encourage you to check your reservation confirmation for cancellation policies.

Why should I book from your site ?

Is a credit card required to make a reservation?

What time is the check in time?

The room is available from 2 pm on the day of arrival. There is no time limit as the front desk is open 24h

What hours does the restaurant have?

For those who have booked a half-board stay, dinner is served in the hotel's indoor restaurant from 7 to 8:30 pm. The outdoor restaurant, on the other hand, is open for lunch from 12 to 2:30 p.m. and dinner from 7 to 10 p.m. Delicious dishes are offered in both restaurants.

What is the difference between the superior room and the classic room?

Superior rooms enjoy a view of Piazza III Novembre, while Classic rooms offer an interior view.The hotel does not have lake view rooms

Can I bring my bike and where can I leave it?

You can safely bring your bicycle. The hotel has a private, video-monitored storage room just 50 meters from the facility. The storage facility is equipped with an e-bike charging station and innovative Bike Lock technology to ensure the safety of your bike.

Are there double or single beds in the rooms?

Rooms can be prepared with either double or single beds, depending on your needs.

Can I leave my luggage at the hotel after checking out?

You can leave your luggage at the hotel even after checking out.

Can I rent a bike? / Do you have bikes for children?

Hotel Portici allows its guests to rent city bikes for free! The service is subject to availability and cannot be reserved.Take advantage of it, visiting Riva and its surroundings by bicycle is a wonderful experience.Child seats are also available for toddlers, but tricycles or children's bikes are not available.

Do you provide cribs for children?

Our guests may request that one or more cribs be added to their room at the price of €13 per night per crib At the Portici Hotel children are always welcome, for similar needs please do not hesitate to contact us !

Do you have wifi?

Wi-Fi is available in all rooms and public areas of the hotel. The service is completely free of charge.

Can I bring animals, dogs, cats or other pets?

We are happy to accommodate cats, dogs and other small animals! There is an additional charge of 13.00€ per night for your four-legged friend's stay. Pets are not allowed in the restaurant and breakfast room and wellness center.
