Rooms are available from 2pm.

You have to leave the room within 10am (late check-out upon request and availability).

Access to the wellness centre by appointment only (0464 555400) with free admission.

Bathrobes cost €8.00 per stay.

Children under 16 years of age cannot enter the wellness centre, even if accompanied.

• children under 5 years stay free of charge when sleeping in the room with two paying adults;
• children under 12 years pay 50% less per night, when sleeping in the room with two paying adults;
• All people over 12 years pay 30% less per night, when sleeping in the room with two paying adults.

Full payment of the reservation is required at the check-in.

If you book by phone, mail or fax a 30% deposit or a credit card are required.
If you book online you will find the conditions on the booking confirmation mail.

The reservation can be modified or cancelled without a penalty up to 5 days before the arrival.
If not differently specified, for cancellation from 4 days before arrival you have to pay all the amount of the stay.

Pets are allowed on request with an extra-fee of €13/night. Pets cannot enter restaurant, breakfast area.
