General information
- in all the hotel smoking is strictly forbidden;
- prices are per room per day, VAT included;
- prices do not include the local tax (€2,50 per person, per day, from 14 years old);
- there are no refunds for early departures or not eaten meals;
Check-in
Rooms are available from 2pm.
Check-out
You have to leave the room within 10am (late check-out upon request and availability).
Wellness Centre
Access to the wellness centre by appointment only (0464 555400) with free admission.
Bathrobes cost €8.00 per stay.
Children under 16 years of age cannot enter the wellness centre, even if accompanied.
Children
- children under 5 years stay free of charge when sleeping in the room with two paying adults;
- children under 12 years pay 50% less per night, when sleeping in the room with two paying adults;
- All people over 12 years pay 30% less per night, when sleeping in the room with two paying adults.
Tariffs
Rates are per room, per day, VAT included.
Rates do not include tourist tax (€2.50 per person, per day, from 14 years old);
Payment methods
Cash, Master-card, Visa, American Express.
Cheques not accepted.
Full payment of the reservation is required at the check-in.
Booking conditions
If you book online you will find the conditions on the booking confirmation mail.
By booking your stay with the BeSafe rate, you will be guaranteed insurance coverage of up to 100% for your trip
Cancellation policy
The reservation can be modified or cancelled without a penalty up to 5 days before the arrival.
If not differently specified, for cancellation from 4 days before arrival you have to pay all the amount of the stay.
Pets
Pets are allowed on request with an extra-fee of €13/night. Pets cannot enter restaurant, breakfast area.
